John Cox
President/Electrical Engineer
John is the founder and technical lead of TALOS. With 35 years of experience in hardware and software design, specifically embedded systems, John is the center of the company. He is skilled with LabVIEW, TestStand, digital and analog circuit design, PCB layout and industrial design. Having designed over 14 ATE and embedded systems, he brings a wealth of experience to the team. Fascinated with pinball machines since childhood, he collects and restores vintage (Gottlieb) EM pins. His collection includes 11 machines, including his favorite "Jacks to Open" (1977).
Trey Neo
Office Dog
Trey is our mascot. He loves tennis balls and water. A typical Lab -he's always happy to see you. When visiting our office, you might want to bring a treat. If you forget, a belly rub is a good substitute.
Kyle Mulvaney
Mechanical Engineer
Kyle is a gifted young engineer who designs mechatronic systems for manufacturing and ATE. He is a skilled CAD operator (SolidWorks) and is learning LabVIEW. Kyle is pursuing a graduate degree in EE. He recently built a drone, likes rock climbing and spending time with his girlfriend and family.
David Standiford
Project Manager
David loves all things technical. In addition to being a super electronics nerd, he is also a skilled machinist (he really likes designing, machining and building high pressure epicyclodical compressors). He is skilled with SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, DipTrace, Altium Designer, Eagle, Keysight ADS and holds a General Class Radio License. David also pulls double duty. His attention to detail provides much needed organization to the office. As office manager he handles purchasing, payments and receiving. He is also the administrator for our cloud based accounting, time tracking and document control.
